It all begins with a need. A specific business outcome. Our design team works with your conceptual designers or architects to identify the purpose of the structure, the design constraints and time frames for delivery.
Manufacture it.
The core construction component is the patented environmentally green structured insulated panels. Since the manfacturing facility is attached to our build facility, we can control the quality and the just-in-time delivery of this build-to-order critical component. These panels are the key to our rapid structure delivery capability.
Build it.
Our experienced team of assemblers build in a controlled, enclosed environment. This allows us to operate in an environment that is unaffected by weather or daylight hours. Our goal is to perform as much of the assembly in the factory with minimal on-site construction work. We then ship the assembled product via truck or boat depending on the destination.
